NID/NIFT/UCEED intakes are small (hundreds to a few thousand seats). NID/NIFT roughly ₹3–4L/yr; private design schools similar or higher. A strong portfolio also opens private-school merit scholarships.
Entrance: NATA · JEE Paper 2
NATA/JEE Paper 2 routes; B.Arch seats are generally available. Government colleges low-cost; private typically ₹1.5–3L/yr (5-year course).
