Discover careers you’ll excel at — not just like.
Most career tests ask what you’re interested in. Career Signal measures your natural abilities, learning speed and real performance through interactive challenges — then maps you to the careers and degrees you’re most likely to thrive in long term.

Most career tests are broken.
They ask students what they like — so answers get shaped by what sounds cool, social status, peer pressure and limited exposure.
Old way: “What do you like?”
- Based on self-reported interests
- Easily gamed by what sounds impressive
- Biased by limited exposure to careers
- A personality quiz dressed up as guidance
Career Signal: “What will you excel at?”
- Measures natural ability and real performance
- Discovers strengths through behaviour, not claims
- Tracks learning speed, persistence & curiosity
- Maps evidence to careers with transparent scoring
Five stages that feel like play, not an exam
You experience mini versions of real work. We measure how you actually perform — accuracy, speed, improvement and behaviour.
Cognitive Ability
Interactive challenges across quantitative, verbal, pattern, spatial & systems reasoning.
Learning Speed
Micro-lessons teach you something new, then measure how fast you actually master it.
Career Simulations
Mini versions of real work: fix a bug, argue a case, prioritise features, read data.
Work Style
Scenario-based choices reveal how you prefer to work, lead and take risks.
Persistence & Curiosity
We watch behaviour — retries, optional challenges, exploration — to score grit & curiosity.
Your Career Signal report
Strengths, blind spots, learning profile, top career matches & degree recommendations — with confidence levels.
Begin nowTransparent by design. AI never decides your career.
Your career matches come from a deterministic, weighted scoring engine you can actually inspect. AI is used only to write feedback and explain your results in plain language — never to score you or decide recommendations.
Deterministic scoring
Every career fit is a transparent weighted sum of measured traits — same inputs always give the same result.
Confidence levels
Each recommendation carries a High / Medium / Low confidence based on how much evidence we gathered.
Exploration, not verdicts
We surface strongest-fit directions to explore — a decision-support tool, not a final verdict.

Common questions
Is Career Signal a personality test?
No. Personality quizzes ask what you like and label you. Career Signal measures what you can actually do — timed reasoning, how fast you learn brand-new material, and performance on real work simulations — then maps that evidence to 23 career paths. Interest is measured too, but it can never outrank ability.
How long does the assessment take?
The Standard assessment takes about 30 minutes across 6 stages. A 12-minute Quick mode exists for screening, and a Full mode (~45 minutes, all 12 career simulations) gives the deepest evidence.
How is this different from other career tests in India?
Three ways: we measure performance instead of self-reported interest; our full scoring model — every weight for every career — is published openly on our transparency page; and recommendations include the entrance, seat and cost reality for every degree, including study-abroad routes.
What age group is it for?
It's built for school students from Class 8 through Class 12 and early college (roughly ages 13–20), with India-aware degree guidance and grade-specific roadmaps for each stage.
Does AI decide my career?
Never. All scoring is deterministic and rule-based — the same answers always give the same result, and the rules are published. AI is only used to explain finished results in plain language, like the optional report chat.
Is my data private?
Yes — Career Signal is local-first. Your answers and reports are stored in your own browser by default, nothing is sent to a server, and you can export or delete everything with one click.
