Career advice in India is broken.
We’re fixing it with evidence.

Every year millions of students pick streams and degrees based on relatives’ opinions, coaching-centre marketing, or a 20-question personality quiz. The cost of a wrong pick is years and lakhs. Career Signal exists so that decision can be made on measured evidence instead.

What makes it different

Career Signal is a 30–45 minute assessment that works like a flight simulator, not a quiz: you solve reasoning challenges, learn brand-new concepts against the clock, and do mini versions of real work — debug code, triage patients, argue a case, plan a campaign, respond to a district flood. Your report maps that evidence to 23 career paths and the degrees that lead there, complete with entrance routes, honest costs and study-abroad options.

Evidence over opinion

We measure performance — timed reasoning, how fast you learn new material, how you handle real work tasks — not which words sound appealing on a questionnaire. Interest gets a voice, never a veto.

No black box

Every weight in our career model is published on the transparency page, rendered from the same code that scores you. AI is never inside the scoring path — remove it and every recommendation stays identical.

Honest about reality

Seat ratios, costs, scholarships, licensing caveats — including for studying abroad. A recommendation without feasibility is a wish, so we show both.

Decision support, not verdicts

Results are exploration paths with confidence levels, built for conversations between students, parents and counsellors. Weak evidence says 'needs more evidence' — never 'not suited'.
