Flying-school intake is open, but airline hiring cycles decide jobs; AME and ATC have exam routes. CPL training commonly ₹35–50L; AME/BSc Aviation routes are far cheaper (₹1–3L/yr). IGRUA and some airline cadet programmes offer loans/sponsorship — compare before private flying schools.

Entrance: JEE Main / Advanced · State CETs

Core-branch seats are widely available outside the top tier; competition concentrates at IIT/NIT level. Government colleges ₹50k–1.5L/yr; private typically ₹1–3L/yr.
